At Hope Services, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to thrive, belong, and live a fulfilling life. That belief is at the heart of our strategic plan, Bridging Hope Forward, a bold roadmap to meet unmet needs, strengthen services, and advance disability inclusion across our region. 

To bring this vision to life, we are working to raise $3 million by June 2027. These funds will help expand programs, deepen expertise, and increase our collective impact for thousands of individuals and families navigating intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

We are grateful to share that our Board of Directors has demonstrated their confidence in this plan by collectively committing a matching fund of up to $100,000 for gifts received between now and June 30. That means your generosity today can go twice as far in helping build a more inclusive future. 

Today, we are highlighting the Expanding Influence pillar of Bridging Hope Forward. 

This work is rooted in our belief in Nothing About Us, Without Us. We are committed to ensuring the people we serve have a seat at the table and meaningful representation when policies and systems that affect their lives are being shaped. We advocate for equity, raise awareness, and drive lasting change not only through direct services, but by sharing lived experience and professional expertise with partners, policymakers, and communities. 

This past year, we expanded our advocacy efforts by bringing Hope participants to the State Capitol to meet directly with lawmakers, elevating their voices to inform policy decisions. From amplifying participant perspectives to training employers and advancing inclusive practices, we are helping shape systems that better support people with disabilities. While we have made meaningful progress, there is still so much more to do to ensure every individual has access to care, opportunity, and belonging. 

Bridging Hope Forward is more than a plan. It strengthens our ability to do what we do best: positively impact lives and help create communities where everyone is valued.
