How You Can Help
The generosity of donors, volunteers, and HopeTHRIFT shoppers helps make the work of Hope Services possible.
There Are Many Ways To Help
Helping the developmentally disabled of the San Francisco Bay Area is a big job, and we always need more support.
We receive partial funding from the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the regional centers created by The Lanterman Act. We also receive some grants. However, a big portion of our support comes from individuals like you, who help by donating, by volunteering, by hiring our people, and by shopping at our thrift stores.
Target Circle Program
We’re participating in the Target Circle program! You can vote for us and help direct Target’s giving to benefit our nonprofit. For full program details and restrictions visit Target Circle.
Monetary donations can be made in many convenient ways.
We appreciate donations of stocks, bonds, real estate, automobiles, and other assets.
We need your used goods for our HopeTHRIFT stores in San Jose, Fremont, and Watsonville.
We always appreciate the volunteers who help us help the developmentally disabled.
