Site & Community Day Services

Offering opportunities for community engagement and developing personal interests.


These programs offer an array of activities designed to help people with developmental disabilities be active in their community, and are intended for participants who do not have employment as their primary goal. Participants begin and end their day at a Hope site.

  • Volunteer Activities
  • Employment Exploration
  • Part-Time Work
  • Leisure/Recreational Activities

Each program offers individualized support for personal care, mobility, communication, and behavior. All programs are licensed through the Community Care Licensing Division of the California Department of Social Services.


  • Las Colinas (Santa Clara County)
  • Pajaro Valley Community Access (PVCA) (Santa Cruz County)
  • Mobile Work Group (Santa Cruz County)

Program Schedule

Program schedule is Monday through Friday, 5.5 or 6 hours per day.


Transportation is typically funded through the local regional center, and is arranged either through Paratransit (contracted by the local regional center), or by taking public transportation or rides from family and friends.

Service Eligibility

Service eligibility is determined by a regional center. Your Service Coordinator will have information about the opportunity to participate.

Participants Must:

  • Be 18 or older
  • Be a client of the regional center.
  • Live in an area served by our programs
