Hope Services Completes Another Successful CARF Survey

We’re proud to share that Hope Services has completed another successful CARF survey, extending our accreditation and reaffirming our commitment to high-quality services and programming.

CARF—the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities—is an internationally recognized, independent accrediting organization that holds health and human services providers to rigorous standards for quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Earning and maintaining CARF accreditation requires organizations to demonstrate that these standards are embedded in how services are delivered every day.

During the survey process, CARF surveyors conduct an extensive review of Hope’s programs, policies, procedures, quality measures, and service delivery. Surveyors visit programs, review documentation, and meet with staff, leadership, and stakeholders to evaluate how effectively Hope puts CARF standards into practice.

Successfully completing another CARF survey provides important independent validation of the quality and strength of Hope’s programs. It demonstrates to the people we serve, families, funders, partners, and other stakeholders that Hope continues to meet recognized standards of excellence while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

This achievement reflects the efforts of teams across Hope and the leadership of Allison Yant, Vice President of I/DD Services, who has strengthened quality assurance practices throughout our programs and guided Hope through another successful CARF survey.

Congratulations and thank you to Allison and everyone across Hope who contributed to this achievement!
