2nd ANNUAL IN CONCERT WITH HOPE RAISED OVER $536,399 !

Sponsors, partners, and supporters virtually attended Hope Services’ 2nd annual “In Concert with Hope” benefit featuring two-time GRAMMY nominee jazz saxophonist Mindi Abair and multi GRAMMY award nominated arranger, producer, and jazz pianist Shelly Berg. Each performer shared a personal connection to Hope Services as well as exceptional music which provided therapy and a sense of community and family for those tuning in to the livestream, Saturday October 3, 2020.

“Due to the pandemic we were not able to gather in person so our team pivoted to a concert presented virtually via YouTube. We are so pleased with the overwhelming response of support from our corporate and foundation sponsors, giving community, and donors.” remarked Hope Services’ President and CEO Chip Huggins.

The largest fundraiser of the year, this year’s In Concert With Hope raised $536,399 ! Proceeds will support the mission of Hope: to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Hope Services continues to provide services to its clients while sheltering in place through a new remote learning program, From Hope to Home, as well as bridge the gap left from state funding to support basic supplies, materials and staff salaries particularly during the COVID19 pandemic.

Donations are tax-deductible and are being accepted until October 31, 2020 at hopeservices.org/fan.

Established in 1952, Hope Services is the leading provider of programs and services to more than 3,200 clients and their families annually across six California counties (Alameda, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Santa Clara, Monterey, and San Mateo) in Northern California and the Central Coast.
