Hope Family Alliance (HFA) Banner

The Hope Family Alliance (HFA) brings together the many concepts of family– the family you are born into, the family you choose, and the Hope Services family – to achieve the common goal of improving the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities.

The Hope Family Alliance brings together parents, caregivers, family members, friends, and anyone who has someone dear to them with developmental disabilities along with Hope Services to provide a network for support, resources and advocacy. The Hope Family Alliance creates an environment for families to lean on one another, to learn more about disabilities, to be informed of legal rights and legislation related to disabilities, and to engage in financial support and volunteer opportunities for Hope Services.

Shanna Webb, the Hope Services Family Coordinator, oversees the Hope Family Alliance with the assistance of volunteer local coordinators in the respective areas served. The Family Coordinator will provide information related to developmental disabilities through regular communication with families via Hope Services, website, newsletters, emails, twitter and Facebook updates. The Family Coordinator or volunteer local coordinators will engage families in regular activities including dances, mixers, speakers, and volunteer and fundraising opportunities.

For more information about the Hope Family Alliance, please contact Shanna Webb, Family Coordinator at 408.284.2887.
