HOPE Services Monterey County Develops “Medi-Kit” for Sale
HOPE Services' Work Training Program in Salinas has developed a new "Prime Product" for sale to the general public: a first aid kit called "Medi-Kit." A Prime Product is a product that our clients create, assemble and sell, earning a paycheck for their work. The kit is light weight (2 oz.), can attach to a key chain or fit in a purse or glove compartment, and has 30 components (17 different emergency items), plus room to add your own personal emergency medicines! The handy outside pocket allows you the opportunity to place your business card or gift card in a visible location. The kits are $10.00 for purchasing a single kit and if they purchase a dozen price is reduced to $8.00 each. The kits make great gifts for family members, business colleagues, customers, or students. By purchasing a Medi-Kit, you are supporting the efforts of people with severe disabilities to earn a paycheck!
